Patti brings unique insight to the identification and treatment of trauma, shame, grief and dysfunctional family patterns. Her signature Authenticity Architecture model creates long-term changes in the brain and central nervous system, breaking through ingrained barriers to personal freedom and authentic growth, and excavating the truth of self-love, belonging and connection.

With over 35 years of experience, Dr. Ashley has counseled individuals, couples, families and groups in mental health agencies, psychiatric hospitals, and private practice settings.

She’s developed and taught continuing education courses for physicians, hospital wellness programs, universities and several private organizations.

Patti holds a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in psychology from the Union Institute and University.
