Hi there! My name is Irene, and I'm an artists and illustrator based in the UK.
You can find me online as Makings & Musings.

I illustrate for green organisations and children's books. I also teach art classes, run workshops, host a fun and inclusive creative community where people can let their creative flow flourish and I speak at events about mindfulness, creativity and art.

I truly believe that everyone is creative and that everyone can make art. We all have that creative spark within us, sometimes we just need a little flame to make it shine bright.

In each of the classes and workshops I teach I focus on the process rather than the final result and I aim to let go of perfectionism. Let’s find joy in the creation process and learn that it is ok to make mistakes!

With my Creative Community we come together in monthly live sessions and draw, paint, doodle and sketch together. It is a place where everyone is welcome and we have members from all over the world!
